All group exercise classes are offered on a suspended wood floor with a disco quality sound system. Personal Training is by appointment only and for those who really want a challenge, we have the Biggest Loser program twice a year. Body fat testing using Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) is available by appointment for $5.
